The College campus is located at Kovaipudur, a serene and tranquil location lying on the eastern laps of the Western Ghats. The Salubrious climate and natural settings are enchanting and are conducive for peaceful and fruitful academic pursuits. Lying at a distance of 10Km from Coimbatore City, it is easily accessible from all parts of Coimbatore, Palghat and Pollachi.

The College was established by the V.L.B. Trust in the year 1985, a charitable organization founded by the great philanthropist and industrialist, the late Shri.V.L.BalaKrishna Naidu. Since its inception, it has been relentlessly serving the society by promoting engineering education to the common man and the rural masses. Ms.S.Malarvizhi, Chairperson and Managing Trustee and Dr. V. Soundararajan, M.E., Ph.D., Principal are at the helm of the administration of the college. They are supported by a team of experienced faculty, skilled technical staff and excellent non-teaching staff. Housed in an area of 130 acres, the college offers its students physical infrastructure facilities on the most modern lines.
